Has Sanders announced his intentions regarding ambassadorial appointments?

Afaik, in some previous administrations several embassies often ended up with a big donor getting appointed as the ambassador. Or alternatively it would be a buddy of POTUS, or a fundraiser.

If Sanders has no intention to follow this tradition then he might benefit by seeing that mentioned in the press.

The Sanders campaign is able, imo, to state that he'll base all appointments on ability, and that no appointments will be made to reward a donor or a bundler.
