Bernie peeps, if you're on Twitter, help me stop these lies

There's a _highly_ edited tape of Bernie on MTB now circulating on Twitter, and probably elsewhere. The video is so obviously spliced to twist his words, it's almost funny, but it's definitely not. It's a mini version of Planned Parenthood/ACORN, not even done well but very effective in its reach.

People on Twitter aren't even watching it. They're just agreeing with the ugly headline attached to the video, making awful comments about it, and sharing it with their followers.

If you want to jump into this fray, pls be respectful because respect is what Bernie & his supporters (unfairly, imho) are being called out on. We are being held to a higher standard, and I don't know what to do about that except to tell the truth about him and ourselves in a respectful and open-hearted way, and come at it from a place of love and let the chips fall.

Cyber-swiftboating does, can or will happen to Hillary and O'Malley too, and I hope all of us would refute that when we see it. It hurts to be lied about. Speak truth to lies, be your best self, and keep your eyes on the prize.

excellent record that no matter how much they try, the simply CANNOT erase. They've even gone so far as to dismiss the entire Civil Rights movement in their despearation.

And they are gaining NO TRACTION. Legitimate leaders of the New Civil Rights movement which started in Ferguson a little over a year ago, are the people who are out there every day, getting arrested, being harassed by the cops etc. Operatives USE these issues cynically and try to divide people at a time when the ONLY way to end this gross discrimination against AAs is to make this movement so big, so United that the criminal activities of our 'justice system' can no longer be sustained.

They survive on clicks and ad revenue, so they make all their headlines as provocative and OTT as possible. I wouldn't worry too much about this getting legs. If it does, we could make their slander the story and shop it to Buzzfeed.

Nevertheless, monied interests against are Sanders and will make use of selectively edited propaganda if they think he's vulnerable anywhere. They'll repeat lies until they stick. He's a target now because he has potential to be the nominee, and TPTB are afraid of him.
