in the article at the link is that flash mobs are not appropriate for political purposes.

I'm trying to picture what you are thinking such a flash mob as you want for Sanders would actually do.

He's going to be on MSNBC twice this week. He will be on Steven Colbert's show Friday.
Apparently the Wall Street Journal wrote an article claiming that Bernie's programs would cost
$18 trillion which I have not read. Keep in mind News Corp owns that newspaper ( Rupert Murdock).
The BBC also wrote an article about Bernie's speech at Liberty University. It may not be all positive
but it's publicity.

What do I want them to do? Dance wearing Sen Sanders tee shirts is enough. Maybe pass out flyers at the end.

on how to organize a flash mob. Although, as I think about it, the advice that it's not good for political messages seems spot-on. However, do pay careful attention to the part that at the end, the mob just melt away, not stand around and do anything or engage the onlookers. Which means passing out flyers is not a good idea.

Flash mobs seem mainly to happen for pure entertainment, and that's probably why trying to get out some specific message isn't a great idea. But, if you honestly think it would work, read through the link carefully, because it does give very good advice on how to organize one.
