[ActBlue] You're making a difference -- daily update for 9-27-15 ($20,000 b-4 10-1-15 is do-able!!!)

We have had a fantastic month. Our best month. Our five best days. We are picking up momentum. Our first six weeks raised $4,000. We have come a long way. We did that in a day for Bernie's birthday!

There is a D site that wants to tear the DU Bernie group down remove any evidence we existed. Funny they don't seem to put THEIR $ into the fight. They seem to leave that up to top 1%ers that don't have an interest in 'we the people". Yet they would be our best friends should their candidate prevail, and ask for OUR help next November.

Yes something over the last few days finally pissed me off. F them. No more kid gloves.

IF they are so right, why did they pass up raising $ for their candidate through the DU? There are several posts about Bernie DUers outnumber Hillary DUers, so I'm not giving to the DU link. DU ya think? That should tell them something. We are not the anomaly. (It is getting to them)

Currently the only goal set up at Act Blue is $20,000. It will not be raised until after the end of the month. The minimum donation is just $1. IF enough of us kick in before midnight Wednesday, we will hit the $20,000 goal for Bernie's end of the quarter report!!!

I wasn't going to donate again this month, but WTH, it's just before quarter's end, I'll push the next donation forward a couple of days.

(ETA: I did bad math. We're now at 19,051.00, instead of the 19,050.00 I intended to take it to, doh.)

KICK KICK KICK KICK KICK!

This is absolutely fantastic! Thank you for all your hard work! Bernie's campaign should know about this!

The other stuff just isn't worthy of attention.

I know how it is to struggle. Got a close friend who is ailing quickly and jobs that have been cancelled. Bernie wouldn't want you to over extend yourself.

am now up to $15 monthly. Want to buy some things from the store.

I would like to know if TPTB will be reporting how much various groups like the DNC, DSCC and the DCCC have raised? I want to know if they are feeling the anger at their support for the status quo.

I realize that is not part of what you are doing for us but the question was for anyone who knows.

Thanks for your hard work OS.

MN and all the Bernie work is being done there. We did have a Bernie group in the Labor Day parade.

We are heavily unionized in this area and it is almost as if everything is on hold until the Unions endorse someone. I am in contact with the Duluth organizations for Bernie but having to work on my one here at home.

Do you have any advise on how to get Union workers involved earlier. We are a Super Tuesday state and need to get our butts working.

We had a friend that did radio news, Jim Wishner in Deluth. Best Democrat we have ever known. He lived out on the island. We lost him to cancer a few years ago.

Call the local labor federation to see who is doing what to start. A lot of union members like me have already made the decision on who to support.

belongs to. Other daughter belongs to one for health care workers.

I am pretty sure that many Union workers are already committed.
