Need help with technology re making phone calls for Sanders to IA

SO volunteered to do this. It required setting up a google account and setting up a google voice number.

We got through that. The SO was directed to access a virtual phone book using a code provided.

We have the code, but have no idea where to enter it.

Anyone know how to get to screen by which one logs into said virtual phone book?

I was sort of hoping this phoning effort was organized through the campaign and that this group might have members who would know.

The SO alternates between crying and chewing my ass because she has no one else to take out her frustration on.

Last night I was parachuted into the how to find the google voice username she had created but couldn't remember.

A little while later I was called on a second time to find the password she had created but couldn't remember.

Today it was being tasked to find the Google Voice sign-in page, and now it's what and where is the virtual phone book she was told to use.

I'm not enjoying my role.

I'm not at all sure how the need for that device wasn't understood by the SO last week when she volunteered to do the calling.
