Hillary is today's Humphrey-no thanks!

It's fine with me because I don't see a half brain amongst them.

(28,942 posts)In my time I've been to cow flop bingo games, chicken flings, cockroach races, Tijuana, drunken pub crawls and barracks brawls, a mud wrestling match, a wet T shirt contest and more staff meetings than I care to recall. My standards aren't stratospheric; however, I draw the line at Camp Weathervane. So if I'm blocked, it was rather a waste of time.
malokvale77
(4,879 posts)this is one of my all time favorite posts on DU.
I have experienced many things you have mentioned. I have experienced things that I will never, ever mention. None of them are as disgusting as what I see coming from Camp Weathervane.

(46,436 posts)I just got blocked, too. I've never posted anything there ever, to my recollection, nor do I bad mouth Hillary, but something I said apparently rubbed him the wrong way. This comment maybe? http://www.democraticunderground.com/?com=view_post&forum=1002&pid=7463696

(46,436 posts)because I have never, ever posted in that forum, and I also never speak negatively about Hillary Clinton. Apparently just favoring Bernie is enough to get one banned from the group. No big loss to me since I never had the desire to post there anyway.

(34,115 posts)I have never been blocked from any group or anywhere. I did not post there today or yesterday. I don't know why this has happened. I don't give a darn actually since I did not post in there over the last few months and when I did it was only a few times to say something nice usually, never to be mean. Was this just a "get rid of the rest of them" purge"?

Ugh, another Star Wars reference... as Disney offshores millions using a tax dodge to Luxembourg.
Disney and Koch industries have one major thing in common, they both use E&Y to dodge US Taxes!
How much of this movie's profits will get parked offshort at 0.75% tax, while lobbying for a tax amnesty to repatriate it?

================================================================
Added for this post...
Half of the time I don't see what group I am in, just responding to the Latest threads. I just write my thoughts--not living in some safe space.
I'm a PoliSci continuing ed student, a neutral, a staunch Democrat who will vote for the Democrat nominee.
I posted a comment geared towards Disney, and the movie's hype, with nothing against HRC.
Yet, I've been banned from the Hillary Group now. Funny, I'm an EFF supporter who views censorship and community differently.
This is the first group I've been banned from since I got on Internet usegroups back in 1991!
===
But, I do know one thing, the sensitivity to my post was very enlightening and could be discouraging to most.
I posted a reply about someone being banned on another thread, it was apparently on a Sander's Group. It explains more.
===
I'll still remain neutral, voting for Hillary if or when she gets the nomination, and supporting everyone when there is injustice here.
A true Democrat will support the nominee, that's the way it should be. Some here, who post things counter is revolting to me. I defended the banning of Manny in an earlier post, as it is Skinner's site and people who profess to be Dems should not act as factions against that cause. Although, permanent banishment is something I have issues with.

(57,936 posts)And I bet that the folks who blocked me from the O group didn't spend half the time and energy I did in working on O's re-election campaign.
That blocking people from groups business is an utter farce. It means very little about you and lots about the moderators of the groups.
