Is Chris Hayes trying to become a subtler Hannity for Bernie Sanders?

I posted here about a month ago about Chris Hayes' bias:

https://www.democraticunderground.com/128756310

He had Sanders on yesterday. Today he had an "electability" segment to try to run down the electability argument for Biden, and he highlighted the CNN poll showing all the major Democratic candidates doing about equally well against Trump...and Hayes conveniently left out ALL the other recent polls showing Biden well ahead of the rest of the field, including Hayes' darling Bernie.

I don't normally follow Hayes' tweets, but I noticed he tweeted about that video of Biden talking about Cheney, and he also tweeted this two days ago:

The congealing consensus view of Joe Biden as The Electable One seems a wee bit premature, IMHO.

I don't believe for a second that Hayes would have tweeted anything similar about Bernie if the polls indicated that Bernie was doing that much better than Biden.

Hayes also took a swipe this afternoon at Mayor Pete, who -- other than Biden -- has been doing best against Bernie in the polls. This was in a tweet that was ostensibly about Bill de Blasio but seems more aimed at belittling Mayor Pete:

I get all the eye-rolling, I do, but it’s also a *little* odd that a guy who’s run the biggest city in America creditably is perceived as a joke but the mayor of...South Bend is the Next Big Thing.

I didn't notice Hayes taking swipes at other Democratic candidates, and I don't think it's any coincidence that he's going after the two he apparently perceives as the biggest threats to Sanders getting the nomination.

And no, I don't think Hayes is nearly as bad as Hannity in his bias.

But IMO it's dishonest journalism to do a segment on electability and deliberately omit multiple polls showing Biden well ahead of Sanders and everyone else.

And it's childish of Hayes to post snide tweets trying to run down Biden as The Electable One and Mayor Pete as the Next Big Thing.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

But when you do what purports to be an expert discussion of electability, then cherrypick the ONLY recent poll that even partially backs up your argument and ignore all the other polls that show your favorite slipping farther and farther behind the frontrunner, it's a complete sham.

AOC resigned from their board the day after she beat Crowley in the primary last June.

These are the only House members who they endorsed who won in the general

They have a pretty dismal record as most of their endorsed candidates were running in ruby red districts or states.

They will probably only add one new person in 2020 Marie Newman, (who also, to be fair, was endorsed almost across the board by mainstream liberal orgs too) if she can win the primary versus the anti-choice, homophobic, anti-immigrant Problem Solvers caucus member Lipinski in a re-match. It is a safe Dem seat, as other than two years after the 1972 Nixon landslide it has been non stop Democratic-held since the 1950's.
