They earn 1 hour for every 52 worked and there can be an annual cap of 40 hours or 5 average work days. That's kind of crappy but I guess better than nothing. Most of the places I've worked at provided 10-15 days a year. Current job is 4 hours per two week pay period or 13 days a year.
