I think this is looking like the winning ticket....

I don't remember similar polls in the past to compare this to. My knee-jerk assumption would be that the implication that 30% of Dems are UNcomfortable with him as the candidate would be a bad thing. Hinting at some of the turnout issues that contributed to the 2016 disaster.

I'm still undecided and likely won't make a choice until close to NC's primary, but you have to get pretty far down the current list before I'm UNcomfortable with a candidate.

primary today, I would vote for:

And at this stage in the primary campaign, with so many candidates, I think having 70% either enthusiastic about Biden or comfortable with him is pretty good.

but should be higher. Why Democrats want someone who mocks the party as their candidate is beyond me. Unless they want to tear down all the institutions and start anew.

Although they suggest a lot of people still haven't really heard of him and it's hard to know how that large swath of 'Don't Know' will break once they do, but most people once they get to know him, tend to like him quite a bit ... the smallness of the reserved/uncomfortable i.e. 'negative' faction for him is pretty nice-looking i.e. small. Most of the other high 'don't know' candidates already have a significant 'negative' section.
