Interesting, read all ops today.. I will stay with Biden

He has come farther than any other person running.. he has actually put his hands in the fire for equal rights for people..yes he was on the wrong side of the abortion debate.. but so was everyone else.. including all the "Saints" apparently.. but in 2011 VP Biden fought to keep Planned Parenthood funded as an example..

"Washington (CNN) – Massachusetts Sen. John Kerry, along with 19 other Democratic senators, penned a letter Wednesday in support of Vice President Joe Biden's effort to maintain government subsidies for Planned Parenthood in the final budget negotiations for the 2011 funding bill.

The group said a Republican-led proposal to de-fund the organization would harm the economy.

"This ideological agenda cloaked in a budget document isn't even good fiscal policy....As a matter of creating jobs and bolstering the economy, this rider would have the opposite effect: not only will health centers be forced to close but many uninsured women and their families also may go without care, become more ill, and be kept away from their jobs," the senators wrote."

Sometimes I have To remind myself he’s still running when I start thinking about who might eventually challenge Biden’s status as the front runner down the road. Bernie becomes less relevant by the day which is something I welcome.

And if they are truly that wobbly, once the primary heats up they're going to be in for a bumpy ride.

If something like the Hyde amendment causes some people to pull a Susan Sarandon and vote Jill Stein or sit out the election, then I doubt any discussion will change minds.

After I re-read the Planned Parenthood endorsement threads from 2016, I realized that so very much of the concern in the here and now is simply another convenient pretense.

Their concerns seem more changeable than the weather-vanes they kept alleging.

With claws out. Makes one wonder how they will vote if “their” candidate is not the nominee
