Hickenloopet People, help me out

Hickenlooper: "You don't do big things with big government."

Um, was this said today in Iowa? I can't get the Des Moines Register to load so I can listen to the speech?
If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

But missing the WW1, the NewDeal, rural electrification, interstate highways, beating the Nazis, the internet, space exploration, social security, medicare, the civil rights act, voting rights acts, US Marshalls in Little Rock.
Wow that isn't just Reganesque, that is trump level ingorance of our history and people.
