Marianne Williamson echoes Andrew Yang, says her mic was 'not on' during NBC debate

Marianne Williamson has echoed her fellow 2020 candidate Andrew Yang, complaining that her mic was not on during Thursday night's Democratic primary debate.

Williamson was interacting with fans on Twitter late Friday night and was asked about the "rumors" that mics weren't working for certain candidates. She confirmed that she was one of them.

"As much fun as I've had laughing at all the understandable hilarious tweets about me today, the mic issue is not funny and yes it did happen," Williamson tweeted. "I tried a couple of times to jump in and my mic was not on. Particularly wanted in on the subject of race."

NBC News did not immediately respond to Fox News' request for comment, but previously denied any mics were tampered with in response to Yang's claim.

"At no point during the debate was any candidate's microphone turned off or muted," NBC News said in a statement.

I don't know. I heard her well enough. She stood out because the debate was the first time I ever saw or heard of her.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

Mike problems happen frequently. I don't think someone would have intentionally cut the mikes off, but could have happened temporarily.

Coincidentally the mikes of the last two alphabetically of the names of the candidates? Coincidence?

Remember someone accidentally left the mikes open in the 1st debate, catching moderators talking to each other? Could be someone accidenally flipped the switch, or didn't flip the switch, for the last two on the list of names. W and Y.

Mysterious.

Certainly none come to my memory anyhow. But there were so many outliers on Thursday night. It's a if somebody chose to put the front runners with a whole lot of also rans. Wednesday night had lots of those from the middle of the pack.

If this group can be pared to half by the next debate, we would have far more money to fight against the GOP instead of each other.
