I look forward to the new Morning Consult Poll to see where everyone is at - I predict that

Kamala Harris will be well behind the front runner, Joe Biden, by double digits...

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

When does the new one come out? Today? Funtatlaguy Jul 2019 #2
I don't think slightly over ten points behind would be all that bad for her. SouthernProgressive Jul 2019 #3
I'm afraid that, although Warren might limit direct confrontations, it doesn't mean that she won't Skya Rhen Jul 2019 #4

Now that you mention it, the 7/8 poll is out. Biden 31%, Harris 14%. That's 17%, right? Kahuna7 Jul 2019 #6

There is a lot of time left. I personally think Warren has a good view of that. She doesn't seem to be trying to force things. She is just going at it every single day. Limiting mistakes and direct confrontation while being bold at the same time.

primary today, I would vote for:

They are applying for one of the most powerful positions in the world. Send some shots her way. She will be ready or she won't. I think she will be ready. With that, I think people are really going to second guess how they approach their attacks after the Harris/Biden dust up. Pretty sure the anyone considering initiating an attack now fully understands that the next week after the attack they will be defending themselves against opposition research that will be dropped relentlessly at an arms length by their competitors.

The person who wins this won't come out the other end without confrontation.

KEY TAKEAWAYS/ 07.08.19
1. Biden sees a notable drop in support since the first debate. In the last three weeks,
Biden’s support has dropped from 38% to 31% of the vote share.
1. The decline was fueled in part by loss of black support: Biden has lost 8% of the
black vote share since the debate.
2. Harris’s ascension continues: Since the debate, Kamala Harris has gained 8 points and
now has 14 percent of the vote share, surpassing Elizabeth Warren for third place

primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
