Obama/Biden slowed down islamic terrorism in the US. They did a great

job winding up ISIS. Just like with the economy, Trump inherited it the good results. I guess whoever is the new President is going to have to slow down White Supremacist terrorism because Trump certainly isn't going to do that. (75%of domestic terrorism is now white supremacists). I think all the top contenders for the Democratic nomination would be good at that, not just Biden. But Biden does have the experience.

And, what needs to be done when the Democratic President gets in.. no matter who.
