2. I just saw the promo for it

I'm finding that the candidates that try to use that soothing whispery talk tone of voice are just really annoying me right now. That kind of tone is ok when people are just hurt and scared, but I don't think it's at all helpful when people are angry and fed up. Maybe it's just me, but his tone of voice just bugged me a lot because I want the politicians to stand up and demand change and represent me.

10. The clip that they chose to play as a promo was him whispering

The interview is on now and he isn't like that during the whole thing. I'm glad of that. That clip really did annoy me, but thankfully the actually interview is different. I'm not sure why they chose that clip.

It was just a few seconds and not representative of the whole interview. I just didn't like the promo clip because when I'm angry I don't like that really soft tone.

12. Cooper asks about what Harris said about taking executive action if Congress won't act. Biden

points out they did this iin the Obama administration, but there are a lot of limits on what you can do with executive actions as opposed to legislation (plus the next president who disagrees can reverse an executive action/order).
