Then it evolved to a commie socialist plot to pool the money together in a NOT FOR PROFIT scheme to pay for healthcare (and not bankrupt charity hospitals).

That's what his plan is now. Not totally employer based. Obamacare, public option, or employer based... pick the one you want.
