(11,495 posts)If one did drop out they would support the other. They really get along well with each other, and both of them can beat trump.

(10,879 posts)I think Warren will survive Super Tuesday as will Biden and Sanders.
I love Harris but I think she drops out after SCarolina.

(10,879 posts)Shes hoping to finish at least second in two of the first four or pull a first place upset in SCarolina.
When she doesnt, the money dries up and she wont want to be embarrassed on Super Tuesday especially in California.
I think she will then endorse Warren. At least I hope that she does.
This is all just speculation, of course.
Which is THE POINT of message boards. Its not divisive. Its just political discussion.

(11,495 posts)If warren dropped out her supporters would go to Harris, and if Harris dropped out her supporters would go to Warren.

(2,244 posts)I'm all in for Harris and would love a Harris/Warren ticket but would be just as happy with a Warren/Harris ticket (although I really, really want to see Trump facing a debate with Harris).
Regardless, of course I'll be voting blue.

Check the Second Choices: Where Voters Could Migrate section.
You'll have to hover over or click the cards to see more than the first choice, but you'll want to see all three topc choices.
Warren supporters would go to: Harris 23%, Sanders 20%, Biden 18%.
Harris supporters would go to: Warren 28%, Biden 22%, Sanders 13%.
Because Biden is the 2nd choice for so many Harris supporters, and the most popular second choice for Sanders supporters. even if Sanders and Harris dropped out, Biden would gain as many supporters as Warren would, if not more, so it wouldn't help her overtake him.
That's the current polling, anyway.
I've seen some poll results that will mention only the one most popular second choice for a candidate's supporters, but that's misleading, especially if other candidates are very close in terms of the support they'd likely get.
