It actually is a practical strategy, but it never plays well...

"By 2090 we can expect:
Up to 9,300 more deaths per year
Up to $507.6 billion in economic damage per year."
I think those expectations are TRAGICALLY and MONSTROUSLY low-ball.
Need to add more zeroes on the back end to reflect what's likely to happen, at least in my opinion.
