538 is using the "definite voter" # from this Harris poll as their "likely voter" number, since the definite voter # is more likely to vote than the other two categories Harris has, and the definite voter category all by itself is 59% of the registered voters they polled. (Harris has likely and unlikely categories as well, but their unlikely voter category is only 11% of all the registered voters they polled. It would be nice if we had 89% turnout, but we don't, so I'm guessing that's why 538 is using the category which would correspond with a 59% voter turnout.)

As in yesterday's poll result, Biden does more than 10 points better with the voters most likely to vote than with those in the two less-likely-to-vote categories.
