No, I am not going to post it here, not mention the name of the cartoonist. However, I was thinking that if "they" (whoever "they" are) need to mock or belittle Biden, this means that he must be doing something right.

(115,734 posts)I am reading the Star-Tribune op-ed page right now, and that cartoon pissed me off (the cartoonist in question is a reliable right-wing hack). The inspiration obviously was Dolt 45s idiotic nickname for Biden.

(58,785 posts)any other type. Obviously the genre lends itself to ugly insults far more often then clever insights. But it's to the point that I sometimes wonder if literacy issues might also contribute to that special demand.
I've read the semi-literacy rate evaluated as being as high as 50%, which would probably make trying to get through a The Atlantic article more like a grueling endurance trial than pleasant relaxation, and seem like tackling Everest for too many. Also that people who don't take those reading muscles out for a nice walk now and then after graduating high school lose about 5 years of reading ability. Off whatever that was at its height.
