It's funny but the more Joe is attacked about his gaffes

The more I’m backing him. I started out excited about Beto-I still like him a lot. In 8 years he can win. He just doesn’t seem ready. I was excited about Kamala until the T-shirt episode, tho she could be a great VP. I cast my lot with Joe with a little uncertainty but as I see his character and his heart I am dug in deeper every day. So to all you gaffe finders I say “bring it on”! Like Waylon Jennings said “what doesn’t kill me makes me stronger”

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

You may insist on supporting Biden because of his gaffs, or should I say, in spite of his gaffs, but one thing I can tell you is you need to brace yourself for more gaffs, I hope I am wrong, but unless someone gets Biden to measure himself, you will be very upset when republicans take those gaffs and multiply their meaning, that is the only thing republicans do well, trash other people, but we have to admit that they do it well, and if Biden continues to feed them with gaffs, well...they are going to love it.

I like Biden, but every time I see him live on TV my nervous systems goes on high, I am just so not wanting to hear another gaff, and when he doesn't and all is done, my muscles and my head relax. I hope he is able to control himself.

Supporters found hi his poor verbal skills and word fails endearing. Verbal presentation matters. One thing we have been very good at is nominating presidential candidates who linguistically present themselves well in a way that makes us confident. Verbal acuity is important for the presidency.

trying to defend it.

What is missing from these defense arguments? I don't get it! The point is that Biden needs to stop his gaffs because that is all people are going to talk about, no matter how small they are THEY WILL TALK ABOUT IT, and that gets into people who do not think much, which is a high % of the voters which will hurt him. Trump will have a ball talking about Biden's gaffs, even though everyone knows trump can't even get close to Biden in intelligence, eloquence, etc. etc.

Stop defending the indefensible, Biden NEEDS TO WATCH HIS MOUTH if he wants to become the nominee, and or President.

The line that stole the show of the 1st debate when Harris and Biden went at it. But one thing that bared a bit of cynicism from some quarters was Harris campaign putting up t-shirts with that quote and her picture as a child on it immediately following the debate. Some people thought it was opportunistic, the whole thing was planned and the campaign was making money off accusing our former vice president a racist.

Of course the campaign claimed it is very easy to mock up a t-shirt design online (it is) and some very enthusiastic staffer went and did it on their own whim.
