An obvious point about Biden's latest supposed "gaffe".

The following two statements are not in any way contradictory:

1) Almost any Democratic candidate can beat Trump
2) Joe Biden is the candidate most likely to beat Trump

One can argue whether each is true or false, and I'm not arguing for or against either of them.

But there's no plausible argument that they contradict each other. The could both be true, or both false, or either one true and the other false.

Liberal means mature, worldly, open minded. Most journalists are those things.

So ever since the MSM must treat cons like children and give them WAY more room than the adults are given, thus rump can be an old FASCIST killer, but Joe cant misremember one date of one story.

This means we are fucked if Americans dont wake up

I'm not sure in what universe what Biden said can be considered a gaffe. Certainly not this one.

Almost any candidate could beat him, but the likelihood of doing so and the margin of victory might vary; current polls suggest that Biden wins by the widest margin.

the world. Nice to see him not disparage ANY rivals in terms of their potential to defeat Trump.

Though I believe Biden has the best chance to attract the widest swath of voters, and particularly
to win in Must-Have states, he need not toot his own horn. The polls will do it for him.

I like Biden for the job.. and at this point in time it's looking like he would be more likely to beat trump of all the other candidates.

8. Some but not all polls show at least a few top Democratic candidates beating Trump.

Some show only one or two beating him, and a few show Trump beating all the Democratic candidates.

The most consistent thing about the GE match-up polls is that with very few exceptions, real outliers, the polls show Biden doing best against Trump. There are some polls where he's tied with Sanders in terms of how well he does against Trump, but in most Biden does better against Trump than Sanders does.
