Congratulations to our presumptive Democratic nominee, Joe Biden!
Harris X/SR LIKELY VOTER poll finds Warren inching past Sanders, 14%-13%. Biden at 36%
This poll, which is a collaboration between Harris X and Scott Rasmussen (who sold and is no longer associated with the old Rasmussen poll), is usually a three-day tracking poll, but yesterday they released a weekly report for Aug. 23-30.
Scott Rasmussen's tweet about it:

From the very first ScottRasmussen.com survey of the race for the Democratic presidential nomination, Joe Biden has been on top with Bernie Sanders in second. Elizabeth Warren and Kamala Harris have consistently held on to the third and fourth slots.
In our latest full-week survey of Registered Voters, that remains unchanged.
However, when we restrict the sample to those who will Definitely vote, Warren has now inched ahead of Sanders for second place. Among definite voters, its Biden 36%, Warren 14%, and Sanders 13%.

FiveThirtyEight posts this poll's "Definite Voter" numbers as Likely Voter numbers, which is why I used that more familiar terminology for the subject line.
From this tweet, it seems as if Scott Rasmussen also views them that way.
When the survey considers all the registered voters surveyed, inclluding those less likely to vote, the results are Biden 31%, Sanders 15%, Warren 11%.

(3,322 posts)1. Notice that Bernie has the most registered less likely to vote voters
Maybe those less likely to vote will vote in 2020 for the Dem Candidate in 2020 instead of staying home like they did in 2016.
