BloombergThe approach, described by a Biden adviser on condition of anonymity, could be seen as a veiled attack on Elizabeth Warren, who the Democratic front-runner is sharing a debate stage with for the first time on Thursday in Houston.
The Biden adviser said voters deserve visibility into candidates finances, especially from those who are facing questions about their activities before taking office.
The adviser declined to confirm whether Warren would be Bidens explicit target. But with her polling in second place in many state and national polls, the former vice presidents team is paying close attention to her.

(113,052 posts)and how bankruptcy might effect liability. Strategists are counting on people to be too dumb to discern the difference between being consulted on bankruptcy issues and being the lawyer who forms the case and presents it.
I loathe the strategist class.
Not unlike the exaggeration of Hillarys work defending a rapist. It was turned into HRC attacked a 12 yo rape victim and laughed at her while she defended the rape.

"Could be" means someone's opinion...fact free reporting. I expect he has a reply if some go after him for his fund raising or something like that...and he should be ready to defend himself as the first debate clearly showed...second too.
