Are we so tightly wound up that nobody can just enjoy the sight of a rainbow before a political event without arguing about whether it's some kind of omen, or whether a bird trumps a rainbow, or implying that birds and rainbows are bad things to associate with a campaign rally? The OP just said there was a rainbow - I don't think anyone claimed this means Elizabeth Warren is The One.
And so what if someone finds it vaguely inspiring? We need all the inspiration we can find in this dark time. We're all basically on the same side here, right?
