Castro has a very strange idea of how to help his campaign in a debate.

I guess he didn't do enough damage to himself criticizing Obama last time.

This time he made a despicable attack on Biden that had the audience reacting loudly and negatively right away

Last time he tried saying the media was to blame, that he really hadn't said what we all heard him say. It didn't work.

This time, no one's going to forget what he said...or the self-satisfied look on his face when he said it.

JULIAN CASTRO IS ACTING HORRIBLE TONIGHT. I hope he doesn't make any more cuts. I can't support a bully. I feel very sad because in the first debate he was good. Now he still in in the LOW polling place and he is totally desperate.

Castro was apparently so desperate to use that line that he wasn't even listening closely to what Biden had said.
