I didn’t see you resign in protest over any Obama policy when you served in his administration.

Biden's memory for me to think a strategist came up with this. I think these low tactics were Castro's idea, though he might have had some clueless aides agreeing on this.

It's backfiring spectacularly, judging by what I'm seeing on Twitter.

I've been posting some of the tweets from prominent people, including a former Obama aide who told Castro to drosp out, in my thread about this:

...or Medicare for All, not sure which one. But felt he couldn't get it. So did what he felt could happen.

That's what Castro means and he's correct.
