Kamala's been very detailed explaining where she'd get authority for her EOs banning AR-15 imports

Missed this last night, but from Harris’s policy team, the answer to where she would claim the authority to ban AR-15 imports, which Biden implied she couldn’t do. Harris plans have actually been very detailed in explaining where she’d get authority for these exec. orders.

back in 1990 I think it was. So it can be done. The vast majority of AR15s though are manufactured domestically so I don't know that this would really do anything but it could be done.
