And that's why I'm supporting him for president.

Biden was charged with reviving VAWA under Obama. Trump and Republicans, of course, have ignored it completely.

at the 2008 Convention, I think it was. He turned to the subject of Obama's running mate, and said, "And Joe Biden. I love Joe Biden." It was like he stopped to say that before continuing with his remarks.
