choice. I strongly feel that it will be a black woman that hasn’t even been mentioned on this thread. I have two names in mind and am convinced that it could be one of them.

Both of these women have been making strategic appearances on CNN, over the last few months. I got the feeling that these interviews were encouraged by the campaign as these women are very rarely seen on national TV and both of them are very loyal to Biden - the timing and connection are too much of a coincidence for me.

The way that I see it is if someone is openly saying to the public that she would be honored to be somebody’s VP, it is likely that she has no back channel to the campaign and is not seriously being considered as one on the short list...

Checks off all the political advantages (woman/black/younger/southern) but she’s smart as can be and extremely likable. I honestly think the likability factor is important in this election. We had the best possible candidate regarding qualifications/experience/intelligence in Hillary but her likability hurt her. I LOVED her but she could never shake her negatives. Plus the Russians for sure helped but she had some missteps. Biden has the likability baked in and already he’s being defended at any backlash. I do so wish he could clean up his gaffes and be sharper. Abrams could be a sharp balance for him and future candidate herself.

My take anyway...
