Democratic Primaries
Related: About this forumHarris, Warren, O'Rourke and Castro now calling for impeaching Supreme Court Justice Boof Boy.
The two published details of the incidents, one of which involved Deborah Ramirez, whose allegations were not fully investigated during Kavanaughs confirmation hearings in 2018, in their new book, The Education of Brett Kavanaugh: An Investigation. The Times published an excerpt of the book on Saturday. In it, they say have found seven sources who were familiar with Ramirezs allegations that Kavanaugh pulled down his pants and thrust his penis at her at a party. They also detail a previously unreported story that Kavanaugh attended another party where friends pushed his penis into the hand of a female student.
Democratic presidential candidates including Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.), former U.S. Representative Beto ORourke, and former Housing and Urban Development Secretary Julián Castro have called for Kavanaugh to be impeached.

(12,485 posts)And "friends pushed his penis into the hand..."? How do friends push your penis?
This looks to be either a train wreck waiting to happen or an effort to get book sales.
Just looking at it objectively.

(19,240 posts)they have 60 votes in the Senate. The GOP should have withdrawn his nomination. Now if they lose the senate by a 40/60 margin they also lose the SCOTUS. Double jeopardy for them. They are all idiots.
If the GOP was not a party of fools they would demand that he step down so Trump can select a less vulnerable Justice. But they will not because they are all dumb as shit.

At some point we will have surrendered too much ground and will never recapture the ground we have given up or surrendered.
Then it will be too late to be able to address these issues.

(6,137 posts)to bring kavanaugh back to the senate for questioning and determine if he had lied under oath. If so his appointment will be nullified, no need for impeachment cause he was illegally placed there in the first place.
