I doubt that Beto will be or even should be the nominee, but

doesn't he do such a good job of giving Trump HELL ? He's like a junk yard dog sometimes. We need him doing that. IMHO.

primary today, I would vote for:

Shouldn't our nominee be a person who can fix what the idiot has screwed up? Instead of just a person who gives him hell?

I can respect that outlook on this subject. Mine is the same with the caveat that I feel Biden knows the ins and outs of the WH and can start fixing on day 1. I find things I like in all the top 5 candidates, but I keep coming back to the learning curve.

have a great day JI7,,

he is throwing himself on the sword for the Dems. He has probably given up on the nomination but he has taken the issue so there can be negotiations.

He spoke truth to the common BS swirling around TX these recent years.

I think he'd be a great VP. I thank quantum mechanics universe everyday that he's on the trail. That guy can talk truth.

He is held. And if he became vice president, you could say, that loveable man of the people earned it. He's just what the people needed. Maybe it's stupid, but I just gave a little more.

He is not polling well at all in vs Trump match ups in the normal swing states needed, and while I love what he says about forcing buy back of military grade weapons it's lost him the one major thing he brought to the table.. Texas 38 electoral votes. Stupid as that reason is, he's highly unlikely to win any statewide election in Texas now.. at least until it swings more blue.
