Even if he didn't use that word or an equivalent word, he knew, and the Ukrainian President knew, and Frum knows, and you know, and I know, that that is exactly what he wanted (and still wants.)

They've already "investigated" and found nothing.

He wants them to make something up. He had to withhold essential military funds to get them to do it... that's like 2 crimes in one.

This is all so terrible. I can't believe this hasn't gotten him impeached and indicted... maybe that will happen soon.

get their chance to be smeared. Trump is desperate. He needs to run out the statute of limitations on being prosecuted for his crimes.
