But I get it... we have to pretend offense in the here and now to better forget the consistent Bernie-gaffes like "hanging out on street corners..."
This is where nuance and context is applied only to Sander's statement, and ignored in regards to Silver to more efficiently hold others to a higher standard than we hold ourselves to.

Answer - never, he didn't at all. I think there's angst about Nate Silver from the Sanders camp because he doesn't have BS ahead by double digits.
