Per MSNBC, Biden "expected to deliver a statement" around 2 PM from Delaware

Craig Melvin just announced it.

Given the developments of the last few days, this should be very interesting.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

Former Vice President Joe Biden is set to announce on Tuesday that he’s in favor of impeaching Donald Trump if the president refuses to comply with Congress’ investigations.

“He’s going to make the point that Trump’s latest abuses are on top of all of his prior abuses,” a Biden campaign spokesman told HuffPost. “He’s going to call on Trump to comply with all of Congress’ outstanding, lawful requests for information ― in the Ukraine matter, and in the other investigations ― and if Trump does not comply, Congress has no choice but to impeach.”

So...he's giving him one more chance? Okay.
