BALTIMORE (September 25, 2019)—The Goucher College Poll asked Maryland Democratic likely voters who they are currently planning to vote for in the Maryland Democratic presidential primary and their preferences toward candidate ideology and electability versus closeness of position on issues. The poll also asked Maryland Democratic likely voters how they viewed each candidate. The Goucher College Poll surveyed 300 Maryland Democratic likely voters from September 13-19, 2019 and has a margin of error of +/-5.6 percent.

Biden's lead is 12% + and the trend has him declining in other parts of the nation.
