Paul Krugman: This sort of confirms Warren's whole worldview, doesn't? Big Finance, given the choice

between treason and a wealth tax, chooses treason.

Warren 2020!

and unconstitutional.

If you want the rich people pay their fair share, increase the income tax. However, taxing "after tax" wealth on which they have already paid taxes is tantamount to looting.

People who are suggesting this type of "wealth tax" aren't really receiving good advice, or they simply don't know much about how things work. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and understanding with the rest of us.

The fact that they are remotely willing to chose criminal-activity/treason over paying a little more in taxes invalidates any claim they make about caring for the country.

Maybe they just figure Warren has a chance of winning and Bernie doesn't? Or that Warren would be able to enact more of her agenda if elected? (I think either of them would face a steep uphill fight...)

Either way, this only confirms my preference.

Good to know she's got them mad.

Warren's campaign = democratic government vs corporate government

Republicans will rue the day she's elected. They would treat her worse than they treated Obama.
