Giuliani is creating the "Biden/Ukraine/corruption" meme every time he talks.

Giuliani comes across as an idiot every time he opens his mouth, but he only does so for the informed voters.

Many voters do not really follow politics, or do any reading about political issues until quite close to an election.

Giuliani's goal here is not to present a coherent explanation of the Trump/Ukraine nexus of treason and corruption, but his goal is simply to repeat the Biden/Ukraine/corruption meme, with the deliberate aid of FOX news and Russian agents, so that when uninformed voters hear the name Biden, they will vaguely remember hearing about Biden in the context of corruption and Ukraine.

The same thing was done in 2015-2016 with the "Clinton/server/untrustworthy" meme that successfully changed HRC's image of a very trusted politician.

Every time Giuliani repeats this meme, he knows it will trend on social media platforms and he hopes it will contribute to the dialogue of destroying Biden's character.

2. It is "alt-news", but more accurately, it is a lie.

And uninformed voters will hear this lie repeated endlessly on talk radio, FOX outlets, and even mainstream outlets that see repeating a GOP lie as some sort of balance to the truth.

And we know that the US corporate controlled media is all about "objectively" reporting both sides of an issue even if one side is a lie.

3. Actually, the MSM has been pretty good about slapping these lies down. And we need to help them.

Call out anyone at CNN, MSNBC, or the major networks you see making false equivalencies.

And shoot down any lies you see posted in social media with links to the truth about what happened.

We have to do this NOW, because Trump and the GOP will do this against ANY of our candidates they feel are a threat.

Where there are questions or room for speculation, we find a huge electoral liability. We have no room for the tiniest hint of foul odor this time around. We don't need the distraction of correcting the record and rhetoric repeatedly.
I hope Trump is the only GE candidate whose name readily connects politician, Ukraine, and corruption in any suspicious light.

The GOP, with the help of the US corporate owned media, created the myth of untrustworthy HRC in 2016.

The trouble was she gave them something to work with. Even after what they did in the 90s and the birther crap we saw.
In our current political environment, a grain of truth can build a boulder of controversy. It has become politically reckless for candidates to be naive or expect to get the benefit of the doubt.

fake news, the people that actually work in media don't like their character to be dragged through the mud.

10. But the genius behind the term "fake news" is that the true believing Trump voter

simply will not accept that which they do not already believe. And the far right successfully labelled the US media, actually corporate controlled, as the liberal media many years ago.

And for the right, the term liberal media signifies that which cannot be trusted.

to target for their votes. About the best we can do with the true believers is demotivate them so they don’t vote in November. The bubble they are in will not be penetrated by truth.

And a blue tsunami is critical, too. It is building.

I would argue that deeming the media to be fake news was not genius because it is shortsighted. Many conservatives already believe that there’s a liberal bias. That isn’t going to change. The media is staffed by professionals. They don’t like being kicked. Trump has no goodwill with mainstream media to leverage.

8. All of the GOP people being interviewed are trying to bridge to Biden. And they end up
Mon Sep 30, 2019, 02:49 PM
Sep 2019

looking stupid because of it.

Fox News and the other alt-right media will keep trying to get people to believe a false narrative, but it is not working with the mainstream of America.

The more they try to yoke Ukraine to Biden, the more absurd they sound. This is a wholly different scenario than 2016.

Besides, I don't care about the slim minority of voters who decide to be so uninformed that they will sit on their hands come next November cooing to themselves about how smart they are to see "both parties are the same". They're unreachable anyway. And foolish.

Trump isn't winning over ANYONE new. He hit his peak. I would argue that he is either losing support or demotivating GOP voters en masse. I don't see that changing.
