It was the surging turnout of the millennials who carried the day for us in those midterms, not so much peeling off so called moderates.

She also has 11% of republicans and republican leaning independents.

What the article made clear to me is that the election is going to come down to who get their supporters to turn out. As elections always seem to come down to.
