Speculation: Is Elizabeth Warren holding off on announcing her Q3 fundraising...

...in order to make a bombshell announcement just before the Oct 15 debate? (nb - 15th is also the FEC filing deadline).

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

surging...the polls still show Biden in first place...and all this momentum crap and the weird questions designed to help her do not reflect the true vote out there.

and were last to announce. That scenario makes no sense to me; you want the 4Q fundraising message to feed off 3Q ASAP.

As for why the delay, they announce later today (which is what I expect) and they own a news cycle. Plus IMO they want to dot i’s and cross t’s with the filing itself so things are as kosher as possible.
