(39,377 posts)and were last to announce. That scenario makes no sense to me; you want the 4Q fundraising message to feed off 3Q ASAP.
As for why the delay, they announce later today (which is what I expect) and they own a news cycle. Plus IMO they want to dot is and cross ts with the filing itself so things are as kosher as possible.
