Who has qualified for the November Democratic debate

A few Democrats are in danger of missing the November presidential debate, thanks to another tightening of the rules by the Democratic National Committee. Just eight candidates appear to have qualified so far.

... eight is too many, until I saw the names. I am not ready to exclude Amy and Beto, either...
