From October 17 - 21, Quinnipiac University surveyed 1,587 self-identified registered voters nationwide with a margin of error of +/- 3.1 percentage points, including the design effect. The survey includes 713 Democratic voters and independent voters who lean Democratic with a margin of error of +/- 4.6 percentage points, including the design effect.
The Quinnipiac University Poll, directed by Douglas Schwartz, Ph.D., conducts gold standard surveys using random digit dialing with live interviewers calling landlines and cell phones. The Quinnipiac University Poll conducts nationwide surveys and polls in more than a dozen states on national and statewide elections, as well as public policy issues.

You are clearly mistaken or object to a truly random poll doing live calling of both land lines and cell phones.
Which is it?

A very good poll for Warren overall and surging results for Buttigieg.
Warren has been gaining support among younger Black voters and this poll reflects that.
FYI: Someone made a nebulous disparaging remark about this gold standard poll's methodology, so please allow me to point out how solid that actually is:

Random live caller interviews to both land lines and cell phones... you don't get any better than that!
