If memory serves this new pollster is a vanity project from Markos of Daily Kos. It has daily trackers on DK which never make any sense, and the whole DK staff hates Biden, so this "surprise" result is anything but.

And we all know how much faith "everyone" puts in the RCP POLLS tracker... someone called it "the gold standard" just the other day.
