Democratic Primaries

Before you discount his opinion as a Republican, consider that:
1. He's a campaign professional who has experience in what works and what doesn't.
2. He offers a perspective on how Independents and moderate Republicans may be viewing the field.

(43,398 posts)I am very, very willing to accept valid criticisms of any candidate, including Buttigieg (I have dozens upon dozens of posts involving colloquies over the issue of Pete and racial demographics to attest to this), but I draw the line at calumnies (ie. peevish and thin-skinned) that are not at all borne out by the actual events of the night. He took direct incoming (and thoroughly dodgy in its false framing) fire from the detestable Gabbard and handled it with aplomb.

(43,398 posts)damage to, and criticises our Party. Her boilerplate stances are very much in accord with the Sanders and Warren wing on the vast majority of issues.
IF she were to run as a 3rd party candidate, it will surely be on the Green ticket, which is also utterly antithetical to Rethugs from a philosophical and policy standpoint.
Rethug linkage to Gabbard is all about divide et impera of our party.
