He's saying he's the most popular candidate who doesn't have TV mentions.

He's still second tier and moving the goalposts to make him seem like he's leading is disingenuous. But cling to whatever you have to in order to convince yourself that he's viable.

What the graph shows is that despite the media constantly treating him like he doesn't exist, he's still doing better in the polls than several of the candidates which the media does acknowledge with lots of coverage and speaking time in debates.
