Inbox: Buttigieg Camp Announces Fundraisers Will Be Open & Names of People Raising Money Will Be Made Public. This after Warren put out how much she made for legal work over 30+ yrs last night. Calls for transparency from each seem to be met with...more transparency from each.

This line from Buttigieg’s campaign manager caught my attention: “No other candidate for president has released the entirety of their tax returns since their education concluded.”

For the rest of the field, that period of time post-college is way longer than Buttigieg’s.

If we keep this stuff up there won't be a decent candidate left to run.

Though why did he wait until it had become an issue?

Still good.
But this looks more like he was forced into doing the right thing. Not a good look for a potential president in my opinion (Which I am sure many will disagree with)

to anyone asking about releasing info - or even whether he would share what concerns were being addressed by keeping them secret - it looks bad.

You are fine calling for Sanders to make known the two-thirds of his donors who have remained undisclosed for months in the interest of transparency?

Single donations are not the same as unique donors?

BERNIE 2020, PRESIDENTIAL ID: C00696948

Total individual contributions:

$61,456,335.38

Itemized individual contributions:

$18,660,347.00, 30% of total

Unitemized individual contributions:

$42,795,988.00, 70% of total

70% are unitemized - we don't know from whom they came, how much they gave, where they live, what they do for a living, who their employers are.

Definitely not the norm these days. They are shutting down as many of the possible attacks as they can.
