It isn't just that Biden's been the front-runner for the past year. He's led despite all the attacks

from Trump and the GOP, who clearly see him as the greatest threat to Trump's re-election and continued Republican power.

He's led despite all the attacks from the left, many of whom don't seem to realize they're in the minority in the Democratic Party.

He's led despite sniping from journalists and pundits whose preference for other candidates has been clear.

And he's led even though he's offered a lot fewer inducements (like student loan forgiveness for everyone no matter how wealthy) than some of his rivals, whose inducements seem aimed at specific voting blocs.

He's led because people know who he is, and trust him.

And by maintining his front-runner status this long, on what has NOT been a level playing field, he's shown how strong a candidate he is.

Compared to Biden, his rivals aren't road-tested -- or maybe I should say battle-tested -- at all.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

I know what I am on positions, and it’s not against the left. Whether or not you agree with all from the “left”, they are on your side. It’s not an enemy.

The young people are the left including older people like me on the left.

If Biden wins, that is fantastic. I will be relieved to the highest level if he beats Trump.

But don’t underestimate the future power of young people. They are most concerned with climate.

We are the left.
