Government granted patent monopolies on drugs would help alot toward healthcare cost.are candidates talking about these things?

5. Sanders is against immigration of skilled workers. And ending government granted patents....

to your second point, medical research is already being government funded through state colleges across 50 states by allowing pharma to use its facilities and faculty.
