PBS NewsHour Video: Bernie Sanders on Iran, health care and Democratic electability

Jan 7, 2020

As President Trump's decision to kill a prominent Iranian general continues to draw scrutiny, what does Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders, a candidate for the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination, think of the move? Sanders joins Judy Woodruff to explain why the strike could set a dangerous precedent, how his health care plan will create jobs and why he is the best choice to beat Trump.

easily observed bias every night I watched for it until we canceled our viewing. We did send a couple of complaints about blatant dishonesty, omitting critical details to subvert understanding, etc.

Not just what's become the typical starting and ending with clips of Republican spokesmen and choosing their "experts" to spin the news against Democrats.

next Hillary, you should realize what that would mean. He'd become the RW/Russia target, not the tool against the target. The incoming's viciously dishonest, every single day on every medium, and you have to be tough because it never stops. You might even start wondering if he could possibly somehow be framed and railroaded into prison, even in America. And, you might just start wanting to spit every time you see Judy Woodruff's face, but you'll probably be avoiding it. PUBLIC television!

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden
