Crunch time, a little more than a week from the Iowa Caucus, and Biden is "sittin' pretty"....

....according to RCP:

Jan 10 (2 weeks ago)

Biden 17.7, -3.7 behind the leader
Sanders 21.3
Warren 17
Buttigieg 21

Jan 17 (1 week ago)

Biden 20.7 +3.0 from a week ago, +0.3 lead
Sanders 20.3 -1.0 from a week ago
Warren 16.0 -1.0 from a week ago
Buttigieg 18.7 -2.3 from a week ago

Today

Biden 21.0 +3.3 from 2 weeks ago, +3.7 lead
Sanders 17.3 -4.0 from 2 weeks ago
Warren 16.7 -0.7 from 2 weeks ago
Buttigieg 16.3 -4.7 from 2 weeks ago

Makes one wonder just WHO is "surging", doesn't it?

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

Are other polls confirming?
(I still think .. given the depth of the field .. that IA doesn't really settle anything. Just "talking points" for another week. Everybody hangs in until at least SC?)

I went through 538 real quick and out of states polled Sanders is ahead in 5 (4 by 1.0 or less) and Warren is up in 4. Biden is up in the rest. Amazing!

the register had Obama by 7 and he won by 7.8 in 2008 and Clinton by 3 in. 2016, she won by .02. Rcp average was off by 6 pts in 08 and 4 pta in 16

Their final poll comes out Feb. 1st

Their the gold standard for a reason.
